Dashboard

The first page users see after logging in. Displays quick access tiles, announcements, and summaries of records depending on the user role.


Degree Program

Formal academic offerings such as BS, AB, SHS Tracks, or K–10 programs. Each program is associated with curriculums and specializations.


Department

Academic units grouped under divisions (e.g., Department of Math under the Science Division). Departments manage faculty assignments and subject offerings.


Disciplines

Specialized study areas or tracks within a program (e.g., STEM, HUMSS, ABM). Each discipline may have its own curriculum and subject structure.


Division

Major academic categories grouping departments (e.g., Senior High Division, Junior High Division). Used for institutional organization and reporting.


Dropping

The process of withdrawing a student from a subject or class. May be initiated by Admin or Faculty users depending on permissions and institutional policy.


Enlistment

The step during enrollment where students select or are advised on their subjects or courses before approval and fee assessment; the process of selecting or reserving classes/sections for a term.


Enrollment

The process of officially registering students in selected classes and academic terms. Covers enlistment, assessment, and approval stages before final confirmation.


Enrollment Templates

Predefined templates combining courses and fee structures for a specific program or grade level. Simplifies setup during each enrollment cycle.


Faculties

Registered teaching personnel within the institution. Each faculty record is linked to assigned classes, advisees, and user accounts.


Faculty Direct Dropping

A feature allowing faculty members to drop students directly from their assigned classes without routing through administrative approval.


Fee Assessment

The computation of tuition and other charges based on a student's program, year level, and assessment template. Managed under the Finance or Assessment module.


Fee Categories

Sub-classifications of fees (e.g., Tuition, Miscellaneous, Laboratory) used in configuring assessments and generating financial reports.


Fees

Financial charges applied to students, often linked to Assessments or Programs. Managed under the Finance or Assessment modules.


Final Grade

The overall grade representing a student's performance for a class or subject at the end of the grading period or academic term.
