Changing or Updating Your Password

Overview

You can change your Grado password anytime from your profile menu. Updating your password is especially recommended after signing in with a temporary password, such as one provided when your account is created or after an administrator resets your password.


How to Update Your Password

  1. Sign in to Grado using your current password.

  2. Click your profile icon.

  3. Select Edit Password.

  4. Enter and confirm your new password, then enter your current password.

  5. Click Update Password to save your changes.

Tip: Your new password must be at least 8 characters long.


After an Administrator Resets Your Password

If an administrator resets your password and provides you with a temporary password, use it to sign in to Grado. Once signed in, follow the steps above to replace it with a password that only you know.

Changing the temporary password promptly helps keep your account secure.
