The Admin Dashboard is the central hub for managing your school’s Grado environment.
From here, administrators can quickly view academic information, manage records, and navigate to every configuration and operations module within the system. Each element on the dashboard is designed to provide instant visibility into school activities—enrollment status, academic year progress, pending requests, and announcements.
The Admin Dashboard layout is divided into four primary sections:
The header at the top of the page provides global navigation and quick tools accessible from anywhere in the system.
Includes:
Notifications — Displays important alerts such as grade approvals, student requests, and program advising that needs your attention.
Profile Menu — Provides access to Edit Password, My Profile, Logout, and if applicable, Switch to faculty/admin view.
The left-side menu is where admins access all Grado modules and configurations. It’s the backbone of the Admin Portal and typically contains the following categories:
| Category | Description |
| [Semester] Management | Access classes, sections, and academic schedules. |
| People | Manage students, faculty, and staff records. |
| Assessment | Handle student fee assessments, billing, and payments. |
| Payments | Monitor and record payment transactions. |
| Reports | Generate academic, financial, or statistical reports. |
| Setup | Configure subjects, programs, academic years, and system settings. |
