Improved grade conversion accuracy by skipping rounding when a transmutation scale is set to 0, ensuring correct raw grade values.
Updated Grade Book access rules for clearer and more flexible editing:
Faculty can now view and edit the Grade Book regardless of admin permissions.
Faculty admins who are course advisers can view and edit when permitted.
Admin users can view and edit the Grade Book when they have the appropriate permission.
